Background

Dr. Carolyn Kaldon is the founder of Aspire 360 Consulting and Evaluation. Prior to founding Aspire 360, she was a Research Professor with the Center for Research in Educational Policy (CREP) at The University of Memphis. She has over 15 years’ experience partnering with districts and schools nationwide to conduct meaningful, rigorous research studies, including both quantitative and qualitative designs and methods. Dr. Kaldon also has extensive experience leading large-scale research studies funded by multiple federal agencies, such as EIR, US Department of Education, IES, NSF, and NIH, as well as corporate and community foundations. Dr. Kaldon received her M.S. and Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University and also holds tenure as an elementary teacher.
