Program Evaluation
With over 114 technical reports, multiple
randomized controlled trials, and decades of experience evaluating education programs, such as literacy and STEM programs, community schools, high school to health care pipelines, and social-emotional learning, Dr. Kaldon can design and conduct rigorous formative and summative evaluations for school districts, nonprofits, universities, and any grant-funded initiatives.

Survey Development
Dr. Kaldon has designed and administered numerous large-scale surveys across diverse populations (faculty, students, community partners, parents). She can help teams and organizations develop, test, and implement custom survey tools, such as user needs assessments, program feedback, and organizational climate. She can also design and validate instruments tp meet rigorous psychometric standards.

Grant and Research support
Dr. Kaldon has a long track record as a
Principal Investigator and co-investigator on funded projects — including NSF, NIH, and IES- funded work — combined with her recent publication on grant writing mentorship, positions her well to help organizations develop competitive grant proposals, or design research studies that meet federal evidence standards (e.g., What Works Clearinghouse criteria). She can also serve as a project manager for data collection, cleaning and analysis.
